PAYMENT POLICY

Our providers participate in most all of the major health insurance plans in the region. The Health Plans are listed below.

 

Please be aware that with any health plans, there may be deductibles and copayments for which you could be responsible and which will be due at the time of your visit.

 

Please check with your insurance company prior to your visit for any pre-authorization needs and annual limits.

We are in network with the following health insurance companies:

  •  Husky (OT/PT only)

  • Connecticare

  • Anthem CT/BCBS

  • CIGNA

  • United Healthcare

  • AETNA

  • Harvard Pilgrim Health Care

PRIVATE PAY

Private Payment is available for all services at very reasonable cost. 

We DO NOT accept Husky A and Cigna for Speech Therapy due to contractual restrictions.
